01. Fulfillment & Dispatch

Q: When will you ship my order?

A: Dispatch occurs within 1–3 business days. This window allows for source, Multi-Stage QC Inspection.

Q: How long is the transit time?

A: Total lifecycle is typically 10–21 days from placing order to delivery.

02. QC & Inspection Protocol

Q: Do I get QC pictures or videos?

A: Mandatory. Every customer receives a high-definition QC video for approval before the package leaves our vault.

Q: What if I reject the QC?

A: If defects are detected, the pair is instantly rejected and exchanged for a new pair. Your green light is our green light.

03. Financial Protocol

Q: What payment methods are supported?

A: We support PayPal, Western Union, and Bank Transfer. Your payment is reviewed by PayPal’s encrypted gateway.

Q: Can I cancel before shipping?

A: Yes. However, for PayPal cancellations, the 4.9% transaction fee is non-refundable as PayPal retains this fee.

04. Customs & Logistics

Q: Do I need to pay duty taxes?

A: We declare packages as low-price gifts. While 99% of packages pass tax-free, in the rare event of a duty, it is the client's responsibility.

Q: What if my package is seized?

A: If seized on outbound customs (our side), Full Refund or Reship. If seized inbound (your side), we offer a 50% discount on a replacement pair.

05. Batch Integrity

Q: What is your quality similarity rule?

A: We source Elite Batches only, aiming for 90% similarity or higher against the retail blueprint. We do not sell budget-grade or mid-market sneakers.

Q: Do you record my billing address history?

A: We only retain data necessary for fulfillment. Once order Lifecycle is complete, you can request a Complete Data Erasure via our Data Security Officer.

06. The Vault: Data Privacy

Q: Are payments secure via "The Vault"?

A: Your transactions are protected under our **Data Fortification Protocol (GDPR/CCPA)**. We utilize SSL Encryption and Firewall Protection to ensure anonymity.

Q: What happens if my package is lost?

If your package is officially confirmed as lost, stolen before delivery, or seized by outbound customs (our side), TurboAura assumes 100% of the financial burden. We will dispatch a new replacement pair via accelerated shipping within 48 hours.
