01. Eligibility

  • Request within 14 Days of delivery.
  • Item must be Unworn with all tags attached.
  • Original packaging must be intact.
  • Must obtain Pre-Approval via support@turboaura.com.

02. Protected Resolution

(TurboAura covers all shipping costs)

  • Incorrect product, size, or color sent.
  • Verified quality defect (noted post-QC).
  • Confirmed loss or damage during transit.

Customer-Initiated Returns

For personal preference changes or incorrect size selection after QC approval:

  • Return shipping and customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
  • A 20% Restocking Fee applies to all non-defective returns.
  • Must use a traceable shipping method; we are not liable for lost return parcels.

NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

Wear & Tear

Visible signs of use, missing tags, or scuffed outsoles.

Minor Logistics

Slightly dented shoeboxes or microscopic seam misalignments.

External "Legit Checks"

We do not honor 3rd-party app authentication results as a basis for refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. If paid via digital wallets (e.g., PayPal), a 4.9% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund. This is a non-refundable surcharge retained by the payment processor, not TurboAura.
